新增了让别人能够在机器人处于私有状态下把自己添加到userlist的开关；
新增了一个等待词开关；
isAlone现在作用于所有MASTER = null，除了结束会话中的那个；
非admin也可以结束会话了；
现在机器人提及到qq号时会使用@了
优化了对话逻辑，让机器人在指令未真正执行时具有一定的反馈；
更改了几乎全部的文本。
